The standard was set high when I created my first masterpiece on some silk wallpaper in a Hong Kong hotel room, and I’ve been trying to reach such great heights ever since.

Born in Sydney, I’ve been lucky enough to call several other cities in Asia, Europe, and North America home, but really I’m a Kiwi at heart.

Living and travelling around the world has given me a passion for seeking new experiences. As a serial TED Talks watcher, I feed my endless appetite for learning, and I love bringing all these experiences together to create rich, playful and thoughtful creations.

With the phrase “why not?” appearing often in my vocabulary, I bring a wide and optimistic view to my work. Designing with a user-centred focus, identifying problems, and letting that inform the solution and medium are important steps in my process. I’m not afraid to strap a phone to my hand and get on a motorbike if that’s what it takes (yes, that happened).
